The Spiritual Exercises are a collection of mediations, prayers, and contemplative practices developed by St Ignatuis of Loyola (1522-1524) to help deepen our relationship with God and to learn how to see His grace active in our daily lives. St. Ignatius organized the Exercises into four weeks. These are not 7-day weeks but stages on a journey to spiritual freedom, a wholehearted personal commitment to follow Him and to serve in the Kingdom of God.
These Spiritual Exercises are lead by a certified Spiritual Director either in a month long setting or a 9 month long program.
