Keynote Speaker: Pete Burak
Pete Burak is the vice president of Renewal Ministries, a ministry dedicated to Catholic renewal and evangelization around the world. He is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville and has a master’s degree in theology from Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit, Michigan. Pete is a frequent speaker on discipleship and evangelization and the co-director of Pine Hills Boys’ Camp. He is a monthly columnist for Faith Magazine and the host of two podcasts: Spirit-filled Leadership and The Hour. Pete and his wife, Cait, have five children.
Tom Edwards: Lay Catholic, Evangelist and International Missioner
Tom and his wife, Jean Marie, make their home in St. Augustine, FL. They are grandparents to twenty grandchildren and one great grandson. Tom was born and raised as a Roman Catholic. In 1974, Tom resigned from his management position in retail to answer a call to full-time ministry. This step soon evolved into an international mobile outreach of lay Catholic evangelization with an emphasis on the preaching and teaching of the Word of God. His conference speaking, retreats, and the presentation of many parish missions has been widely received throughout five continents. Tom’s goal is always to bring the Word of God alive and applicable to one’s life today.
Dr. Mary Shaw
In 1996, the Lord called Mary to the ministry of healing prayer, bringing the Lord’s comfort and healing to the broken-hearted and freedom to those in captivity (Is. 61:1). Her desire is that all come to know the love of Christ and receive His gift of salvation. Since 1998, she has served as a short term missionary, team leader, and teacher, to Eastern Europe, often with Renewal Ministries. She teaches and ministers extensively on healing prayer and life in Christ. Since 2014, she has been sought to teach Priests, Seminarians, Religious, and Catholic leaders in Slovakia and the Czech Republic on healing prayer, primarily inner healing and deliverance. She is active as a conference speaker, retreat leader, seminar leader, and teacher nationally and internationally. Mary is a certified Spiritual Director (2012) through The Cenacle of Our Lady of Divine Providence School of Spirituality in affiliation with Franciscan University. She is a Companion of the Marian Servants of the Blessed Sacrament and has been teaching at the Catholic School of Healing Prayer each June since its inception. She serves as Director of Healing Prayer at her local parish.
Jean Roach
Jean has been active in the Charismatic Renewal since 1974. She serves as a Pastoral Leader to the People of Praise Prayer Group in Gainesville, Fl. She has led an intercessory prayer group for the past 28 years. She is a published Christian writer and believes the Holy Spirit is calling her to lift up the name of Jesus through her publications. She also serves in prison ministry.
Susie Hagerty
Susie has served as the director of the Marian Servants of the Blessed Sacrament since 2022. She graduated from The Cenacle of Our Lady of Divine Providence School of Spirituality in affiliation with Franciscan University in 2009. She has had extensive spiritual education and training. Through Christian Healing Ministries, Unbound, Renewal Ministries, Living Waters Ministries and Inner Healing Prayer Ministries throughout the Diocese of Saint Augustine. She has served with the Marian Servants of the Blessed Sacrament since 2006. Susie has extensive experience presenting retreats across the Diocese of Saint Augustine and has been an instructor at The Catholic School of Healing Prayer. She is also a loving wife of 35years, mother of 4, and Mimi to 9 grandbabies
Philip Militante: Music Ministry
Philip Militante is a gifted singer & worship leader. Many years ago, God brought about his conversion, using music as a catalyst. As he grew in his love for God, he joined a religious order called the Brotherhood of Hope. Here he grew in love of God and anointing in worship. He left the Brotherhood after discerning that his vocation was not to live as a religious. He and the love of his life, Rebecca married in 1999 and live with their 3 sons in Jacksonville, FL.
Music has always been an important part of Philip’s life. God continues to use and grow that gift in Philip. He ministers in many venues in the diocese, including various parish activities, the Life Teen Program at Christ the King, Rachel Vineyard Retreats, diocesan youth rallies, March for Life, and for the last 3 years, at the annual Diocesan Eucharistic Congress. He and his wife are founding members of Families Following Christ where Philip helps lead worship and adoration on a regular basis. Charismatic prayer is an integral part of Philip’s spiritual background and he looks forward to helping with the Catholic Holy Spirit Healing Conference.
Healing Prayer Ministry Available after Mass.
Fr Martin Ibeh
Father Martin L. Ibeh is a priest of the diocese of St. Augustine, Florida. Originally from the Southeastern Nigeria, Father Ibeh arrived in the States in September 2010. He earned a Master of Theology from Kenrick-Glennon Seminary, St. Louis. Having lived a contemplative religious life for 8 years, then Brother Ibeh felt called to a more active community. In 2015, he was accepted to study for the Diocese of St. Augustine, Florida. Fr. Ibeh was sent to St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary, Boynton Beach, Florida. He graduated with a Master of Divinity (M.Div) in 2018 and was ordained to the priesthood on May 12, 2018.
Since ordination, Fr. Ibeh is joyfully engaged in priestly ministry, serving as parochial vicar of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church, St. Augustine, and as chaplain of Flagler Hospital, St. Augustine. Fr. Ibeh is the author of Dawn At Last, (His life story, an exciting story of faith and an arduous journey that reminds us of the amazing things God can do when we say YES to Him); the founder of Society of St. Bartimaeus, a non profit organization working to establish support systems for underserved people with disabilities, especially the blind and the frail elderly, in Nigeria. God has been using Fr. Ibeh in healing ministry; devotees always looked forward to his First Friday Mass and Adoration for healing held at our Lady of La Leche Catholic Church, St. Augustine.
Fr Mac Hill
Fr. Mac is born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, FL. He grew up at St. Paul’s parish. After a significant conversion experience while in college in Gainesville, he heard the call to priesthood. He entered seminary in 2014 and was ordained to the priesthood of Jesus Christ in 2021. He has been involved in healing ministry since his time in seminary. He served as parochial vicar at the Cathedral Basilica until 2025. He is currently the pastor of St. Patrick parish in Gainesville.
